Md. Zulfikar Haider is the son of Mymensingh Sadar, who grew up in the city of Mymensingh. As a child of Mymensingh, as a result of love and responsibility towards the people of this city, this Life Plus Yoga Center has been built by his own efforts and solitude along with his wife Ayesha Haider. At first, this service program was conducted on a small scale, but in view of the needs and demands of the people, they have been moving forward with this organization for about 14 years since 2010.

Earlier, he directly carried out this activity in various institutions including the press club of the city and the Jamalpur district association. Later further refined himself through the personal association of Yoga, Pranayama and other related knowledge under the personal association of world renowned Yoga Guru Baba Ramdev and is now running this service program on a large scale. He has also involved himself in other charitable works.
